Duurzaam Presteren helpt een ondernemer met stress omgaan

Als ondernemer maak je veel uren en hou je veel ballen in de lucht. Je stuurt natuurlijk op zaken als winst, groei en tevreden klanten. Zaken die je bedrijf gaande houden. Maar stuur je ook op wat jou zelf gaande houdt? Sta je voldoende stil bij je eigen ‘groei’ en ‘winst’? Of put je jezelf uit terwijl je bedrijf bloeit? Wat is jouw antwoord op deze vragen … als je heel eerlijk bent. In haar workshop op 20 september jl. liet Dianne Commissaris zien dat stilstaan bij de stressvolle kanten van je ondernemerschap de moeite waard is.

Sterker nog, de aanwezige deelnemers raakten er niet over uitgepraat. Ze deelden hun eigen verhalen en leerden zo van elkaar. En wat mooi was; dit delen zorgde voor verbinding tussen de ondernemers. “We staan er niet alleen in”, was één van de conclusies. Dianne noemt dit een ‘werk gerelateerde hulpbron’; steun zoeken bij gelijkgestemden helpt om je motivatie en je bevlogenheid op peil te houden. En een hoge bevlogenheid werkt als buffer tegen de inwerking van stressvolle situaties op je lichaam. Zo is steun zoeken en krijgen één van de pijlers onder Duurzaam Presteren als ondernemer.
