Op 14 december organiseren wij het Kerst evenement 2022. 2022 is al weer bijna voorbij. Wij horen graag tijdens ons evenement hoe u 2022 ervaren heeft.
Bij de Hermitage zal Edwin ons voorzien van een hapje en een drankje.
Wij hopen dat u van wild houdt. Indien u dit niet lust graag even aangeven bij het aanmelden. Dan krijgt u een alternatief.
Degenen die wel van wild houden kunnen hun lol op.
We starten met een drieluik van wild bestaande uit een Carpaccio van hert, terrine van wild met eendenlever en wildzwijnham met een bitterbal van oesterzwammen.
Daarna krijgen we een Licht gebonden witlofsoep met gekonfijte eend en een brunoise van appel.
Het hoofdgerecht is een rose gebraden hertenbiefstuk met hazenpeper en wintergarnituur.
Als dessert krijgt u een warm taartje van peer, frangipane, lolly van marsepeinijs, peren compote en kaneel.
Voordat u gaat eten hebben wij een spreker en entertainer gevonden die ons in geheel Brabants accent gaat vermaken.
