Bedrijf starten?
De gemeente Oisterwijk wil starters van een eigen bedrijf graag op weg helpen. Op termijn dragen zij vaak bij aan de werkgelegenheid en economische groei in Oisterwijk. Het merendeel van de starters begint een bedrijf aan huis.

Als u een bedrijf aan huis wilt starten, moet u als eerste bij de gemeente nagaan of dat binnen het bestemmingsplan past. In sommige gevallen is dat geen enkel probleem. In andere gevallen kunt u een vrijstelling van het bestemmingsplan aanvragen bij het college.

Bij de beslissing of u wel of geen vrijstelling van het bestemmingsplan krijgt, kijkt het college naar:

  • de ruimtelijke uitwerking die het gebruik heeft, gelet op de aard, omvang en intensiteit
  • de hinder voor het woonmilieu en de invloed op het verkeer
  • de ruimtelijke uitstraling, die moet passen bij de woonfunctie van het pand of perceel
