Bericht bestuur: Nieuw beleid introducés per 1 jan 2017

  • Splitsing tussen het meenemen van potentiële nieuwe leden en het meenemen van gasten om deze ‘te verwennen’.
  • Beloningsbeleid voor huidige leden indien zij een nieuw lid introduceren.

1.Potentiële nieuwe leden uitnodigen
Indien een bestaand lid van De Toestroom een ondernemer-geen lid enthousiasmeert en naar een bijeenkomst wil meenemen: graag!

Wat dan te doen?

  • Via de mail info@toestroom.nl aanmelden dat er een geïnteresseerde is.
  • Het bestuur bekijkt per bijeenkomst hoeveel niet-leden welkom zijn en wat de bijdrage in de kosten is.
  • Een wel/geen akkoord volgt aan het lid/rechtstreeks aan de geïnteresseerde.
  • De geïnteresseerde wordt op deze bijeenkomst begeleid door het lid dat aangedragen heeft.
  • De bijdrage dient contant voldaan te worden bij binnenkomst. De geïnteresseerde ontvangt meteen een betalingsbewijs.
  • Binnen een week informeert het lid hoe de geïnteresseerde de bijeenkomst ervaren heeft en of dit leidt tot een lidmaatschap. Het lid informeert het bestuur.
  • Indien de geïnteresseerde lid wordt (uiterlijk binnen 1 maand na de bijeenkomst), dan wordt het betaalde bedrag in mindering gebracht op zijn/haar jaarcontributie.
  • Het lid dat diegene introduceerde ontvangt hiervoor een beloning: bijvoorbeeld een bon van een van de restaurants in Oisterwijk/boekenbon en een fles wijn/bloemen.

Samengevat:
Voor bestaand lid: geïnteresseerde > melden bij Bestuur > ja/nee en € > lid begeleidt > na afloop geeft lid aan of dit tot een lidmaatschap leidt > beloning.
Voor geïnteresseerde: is welkom met een bijdrage > bij een lidmaatschap (binnen 1 maand): wordt bijdrage verrekend met de verschuldigde jaarcontributie.

2. Gasten uitnodigen
Bij sommige bijeenkomsten mogen leden gasten meenemen. Een gast kan uw partner of een zakelijke relatie (bijv: collega, klant, zakenrelatie of collega-ondernemer) zijn.

Wat dan te doen?

  • Door het Bestuur wordt per bijeenkomst bepaald of er gasten welkom zijn en dit wordt in de uitnodiging duidelijk aangegeven.
  • Het bedrag dat verschuldigd is per gast wordt per bijeenkomst bepaald en vermeld.
  • Via de mail (info@toestroom.nl) aanmelden dat lid een gast mee wil nemen.
  • Bestuur geeft wel/geen akkoord en bericht volgt aan lid.
  • Het verschuldigde bedrag dienst door het Toestroom lid voldaan te worden aan het bestuur. Die blijft altijd verantwoordelijk en dus aansprakelijk voor de betaling van de bijdrage(n).
  • Het bedrag graag bij binnenkomst contant voldoen. Het lid ontvangt direct een betalingsbewijs.
